Delivery Info

Orders are despatched and delivered Mon – Fri 7 am – 6 pm.

If you place your order before 12 noon on weekday it will leave us the same day for delivery within 48 hrs.

We obtain signature for each consignment unless there is a leave out instruction eg: leave behind the gate or leave in the porch.
Please note if the parcel is left unattended we will not be able to accept any claims for shortages or damages.
If the order does not have any ‘leave out’ instructions and consignee is not at home whilst delivery is attempted, the driver will leave a note with depot phone number to ring back and re-book delivery date.
You will be able to track each delivery on UKMail website or give our head office a call on 02922 219261 and we will be happy to track it for you.

Q: What happens if my delivery is damaged or incomplete?

A: If your delivery is damaged or items are missing, please report this to Action Petz head office on 02920 493003 within 3 working days from the date of delivery, any longer and this will regrettably result in a rejected claim.

Q: What if I have made a mistake in my order?

A: As soon as you realise that you wish to change your order, please contact our head office straight away by phone  on

02920 493003 or email info@actionpetz.com and we will try and rectify it for you.

Q: How much do you charge for delivery?

A: We have a flat delivery fee of £4.99 on orders up to 30kg. If your order exceeds this, please contact head office on

02920 493003 to discuss delivery charges. Shipping is free for orders over £75.For some products delivery is free and we will put our “Free Delivery” Logo on the products so you can tell at a glance which those products are. We also include VAT in all of our product prices so you don’t get an unpleasant surprise when it comes to checkout!

Q: I live outside of the Mainland UK in the Scottish Highlands or abroad, can I still recieve my order?

A: Due to restrictions of our courier company, we are unable to deliver via mail order to these areas. Please contact the office on 02920 493003 for further information.

Q: What happens if I don’t receive my order within three working days?
